This Privacy Notice for Coseek ('we', 'us', or 'our') describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share your personal information when you use our services, including when you visit our website at https://coseek.ai or use Coseek AI Tools.
1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Personal information you disclose to us
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in our products and services or contact us. The personal information we collect may include:
- Email addresses
- Job titles
Sensitive Information. When necessary, with your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, we process the following categories of sensitive information: health data, financial data, and information revealing race or ethnic origin.
Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment. All payment data is handled and stored by Stripe.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
We process your personal information to provide, improve, and administer our services, including:
- To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user
- To fulfil and manage your orders and payments
- To respond to user inquiries and offer support
- To send administrative information such as access codes and feedback reports

We rely on the following legal bases to process your personal information under UK GDPR: Consent — where you have given us permission; Performance of a Contract — to fulfil our obligations to you; Legal Obligations — where required by law; Vital Interests — where necessary to protect safety.
4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?
We may share information in specific situations, such as during business transfers or mergers. We use the following third-party service providers: Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), and Upstash (data storage).
5. DO WE OFFER AI-BASED PRODUCTS?
Yes. We offer AI-powered tools including Interview Pro and Finance MOT. These are powered by Anthropic's API. Your input and personal information will be shared with Anthropic to enable your use of our AI products. You must not use our AI products in any way that violates Anthropic's terms or policies. To opt out of AI processing, contact us at hello@coseek.ai.
6. AI DATA PROCESSING AND THIRD PARTY SERVICES
When using Interview Pro, your CV, job specification and company research are transmitted to the Anthropic API solely for the purpose of generating interview questions and feedback. This data is not stored on our servers after your session ends and is processed under Anthropic's commercial terms, which prohibit the use of inputs for AI model training. Feedback scores and assessments generated by our AI tools are produced for practice and guidance purposes only and do not constitute a formal assessment or professional advice.
7. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?
Our servers are located in the United States. Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries. We have implemented European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your personal information during such transfers.
8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We keep your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this notice. Retention periods vary: email addresses are retained for up to 2 years or until deletion is requested; payment records are retained for 7 years in compliance with HMRC requirements; CV, job specification and interview session data is not retained and is deleted at the end of each session; access codes are deleted once redeemed or expired.
9. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption, environment variable storage for API keys, and token-authenticated databases. However, no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.
10. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
11. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: request access to your personal information; request rectification or erasure; restrict processing; data portability; and not be subject to automated decision-making. If you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you have the right to complain to the UK data protection authority (ICO).

14. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our services.
